The orders will be shipped in the timeframe as mentioned in the product details page of the respective product.  You will also be provided with the tracking number associated with the order delivery.  An sms will be sent(to the mobile number that you have registered with us) from our delivery agents to inform you of the status of delivery. If at any time, you face any problem with our delivery agents we kindly request you to notify us at wecare@myecoday.com

Even though our delivery agents try to cover all parts of India, some locations may still not be serviceable by them. In such cases, the order will be dispatched via Speedpost (of India Post). We do not guarantee a delivery date or offer a tracking service but we try our best to ensure the delivery is made at the earliest. If , for some unforeseen reason, we are unable to ship your order, a complete refund will be made to you.

All products are checked before they are shipped out.

- If there are any damages (due to shipping and handling) when you receive the order, please do not accept the package and allow it to be returned to us. Please notify us of the same and we will dispatch another shipment of your order.

- If there are any damages (due to shipping and handling)to the product and you realize this only after opening the package, we kindly request you to take a photo of the damage and email it to us at wecare@myecoday.com within 24 hours of order delivery. We will pay for the return of the order, verify the damage as per your photo and replace your order with a new one. No extra cost will be incurred by you for this whole process.

The delivery charges are included in the price of the products. The only situations when this is not true are :

- When specifically mentioned in the product details page or at time of payment.

If a product is out of stock, ideally it will be shown in the products page and you will be unable to order the product. If by some system error, the product you ordered is out of stock please inform us at wecare@myecoday.com and you will be immediately refunded the complete amount.
